Please note: non-contiguous states (including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories) and Canada are not included in the free shipping offer. Please contact us for shipping costs (we try our best to find the least expensive options for you). The customer is responsible for all customs fees when shipping to Canada.

Cancellation Policy
Please contact us at 888-488-1468 if you change your mind about your order and would like to cancel. If you wait to cancel the order until after it ships, you will be responsible for the round trip shipping costs. If it has already shipped, do not remove the mattress from its packaging when it arrives. Call us and we will arrange a carrier pickup.
Size Verification
Please double-check that you are ordering the correct size! If the wrong size is ordered and the product has already shipped, you are responsible for round trip shipping charges. If the product has been removed from the packaging, a $59 restocking fee will be assessed.
Shipping Time

Your mattress will be compressed and rolled for shipping. As soon as it leaves our warehouse, we will email you the FedEx tracking number. Unless requested, FedEx will not require a signature upon delivery.
Non-Contiguous States & Canada Shipping: If shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or Canada, please call for shipping costs. Remote areas may be assessed higher shipping fees. The customer is responsible for all customs fees when shipping to Canada.

Return and Cancellation Policy
Please note, because of the cost of labor, materials, and freight costs, we cannot offer returns/exchanges/refunds if the incorrect dimensions, color, style, or shape is ordered.
We start production of your custom Sedona RV Mattress immediately upon receipt of your order. Orders canceled after 24 hours will assessed a $59 cancellation fee. If the product has already shipped, customer is responsible for round trip shipping fees. Product must be returned free of dirt, stains, rips, tears, holes, and burns for refund to be processed (we donate the returns so keep it clean please).
Note: If you placed a custom order with us (e.g.: a unique size/shape that is not shown on this page), there are no returns, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds for those items once we start production. So please double check your dimensions before you order.
