Return/Cancellation Policy: Because these sizes are considered custom, there are no returns or cancellations. Please double-check your measurements!
Non-Contiguous States & Canada Shipping: If shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or Canada, please call for shipping costs. Remote areas may be assessed higher shipping fees. The customer is responsible for all customs fees when shipping to Canada.
Cleaning Instructions: Your encasement is made from a polyester fabric with a polyurethane backing which melts at high temperatures. Do NOT machine wash this cover on hot! Machine wash cold or warm, tumble dry low, and do not use chlorine bleach. COLD or WARM ONLY.
One more thing to note: this protector is not designed to protect against rodents, animal bites, mold, or mildew.

Please note, because of the cost of labor, materials, and freight costs, we cannot offer returns/exchanges/refunds if the incorrect dimensions, color, style, or shape is ordered.
