Your mattress will be compressed and rolled for shipping. As soon as it leaves our warehouse, we will email you the FedEx tracking number. Most of our products deliver within 10-14 business days from the time of order. Unless requested, FedEx will not require signature upon delivery. Non-Contiguous States & Canada Shipping:
We Ship to most areas of AK, HI, PR, USVI, and Canada for $99. International orders must be placed by phone at 303-993-1990 (the 800 number doesn’t take international calls). We will let you know the approximate delivery date at the time of ordering. The customer is responsible for all customs fees when shipping to Canada.

Please note, because of the cost of labor, materials, and freight costs, we cannot offer returns/exchanges/refunds if the incorrect dimensions, color, style, or shape is ordered.
We start production of your custom Natural Latex Sofa Mattress immediately upon receipt of your order. Orders canceled after 24 hours will assessed a $50 cancellation fee. If the product has already shipped, customer is responsible for round trip shipping fees. Product must be returned free of dirt, stains, rips, tears, holes, and burns for refund to be processed (we donate the returns so keep it clean please).
Note: If you placed a custom order with us (ex: a unique size/shape that is not shown on this page), there are no returns, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds for those items once we start production. So please double check your dimensions before you order.
