To adjust the feel of this mattress, simply flip it over! Your mattress will be compressed and rolled for shipping. As soon as it leaves our warehouse, we will email you the FedEx tracking number. Most of our products deliver within 10-14 business days from the time of order. Unless requested, FedEx will not require signature upon delivery.
When your mattress is delivered, simply take it out of the box, remove all of the plastic, and allow 2-3 hours for the mattress to return to its normal size. It will then be ready to sleep on!
Non-Contiguous States & Canada Shipping: If shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or Canada, please call for shipping costs. Remote areas may be assessed higher shipping fees. The customer is responsible for all customs fees when shipping to Canada.
Cancellation Policy:You may cancel your RV mattress purchase within 24 hours of placing your order. Beyond those 24 hrs, we will have started production on your mattress and you may be charged a cancellation fee of $49. If the mattress has already shipped, you will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs.

Return and Cancellation Policy
We start production of your mattress immediately upon receipt of your order. Orders canceled after 24 hours will incur a $49 cancellation fee. If the product has already shipped, the customer is responsible for round trip shipping fees. Product must be returned free of dirt, stains, rips, tears, holes, burns, and any other customer caused damage, for refund to be processed (we donate the returns so keep it clean, please!).
Note: There are no returns, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds for custom orders, once we start production; please double check your measurements before you order.
