We start production of your custom memory foam mattress topper immediately upon receipt of your order. Orders canceled after 24 hours will assessed a $59 cancellation fee. If the product has already shipped, customer is responsible for round trip shipping fees.

Return and Cancellation Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your topper purchase, please contact us regarding our 30 day return policy. The customer is responsible for shipping on returned toppers.
We start production of your custom memory foam mattress topper immediately upon receipt of your order. Orders canceled after 24 hours will assessed a $59 cancellation fee. If the product has already shipped, customer is responsible for round trip shipping fees. Product must be returned free of dirt, stains, rips, tears, holes, and burns for refund to be processed (we donate the returns so keep it clean please).
Please note, because of the cost of labor, materials, and freight costs, we cannot offer returns/exchanges/refunds if the incorrect dimensions, color, style, or shape is ordered.
If you placed a custom order with us (ex: a unique size/shape that is not shown on this page), there are no returns, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds for those items once we start production. So please double check your dimensions before you order.
