Q: “I own an Airstream travel trailer RV with a radius corner on one side and a curved edge on the other side. Can you make a topper to fit this size?”
A: This topper can be customized to fit any size or shape mattress upon request. Please give us a call for pricing 888-488-1468.
Q: “Is this topper water proof or bed bug proof?”
A: This topper is only designed to increase the comfort of your mattress. If you’re looking for a product designed to protect it from bed bugs, dustmites, and liquid, we recommend ordering one of our mattress encasements.
Q: “I’ve read that memory foam can sleep hot. Will I sleep hot on this topper?”
A: While it’s true that some toppers use older closed cell memory foam technology which traps heat, the Brookside uses open cell memory foam allowing air to enter and exit the cells of the foam. Studies have shown that open cell memory foam dissipates heat up to 7 times faster than traditional memory foam.
Q: “Does the topper have an odor to it when it’s delivered?”
A: Much like when you purchase a new car or new furniture, your topper may have a slight “fresh foam” odor which dissipates after a few nights of use.
Q: “My mattress is 14″ thick. Will this topper fit?”
A: We can customize the elastic to fit any mattress height. When placing your order, select the height of your mattress from the drop down and we’ll adjust the height accordingly.
Q: “I’m in a hurry, can you rush one of these out the door?”
A: Depending the number of orders in the queue, we might be able to do a rush order and get it out the door in 24-48 hours. Please call if you need your order rushed. Construction:

- Position the sofa mattress topper on your sleeping surface
- Remove plastic packaging and un-roll the mattress topper
- Allow 3 hours for the mattress topper to expand
- Enjoy your mattress topper for years to come!
Return and Cancellation Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your topper purchase, please contact us regarding our 30 day return policy. The customer is responsible for shipping on returned toppers. Please note: guarantee does not apply to custom orders and is limited to one per customer.
Please note, because of the cost of labor, materials, and freight costs, we cannot offer returns/exchanges/refunds if the incorrect dimensions, color, style, or shape is ordered.
We start production of your custom custom memory foam sofa mattress topper immediately upon receipt of your order. Orders canceled after 24 hours will assessed a $39 cancellation fee. If the product has already shipped, customer is responsible for round trip shipping fees. Product must be returned free of dirt, stains, rips, tears, holes, and burns for refund to be processed (we donate the returns so keep it clean please).
