A: Most customers who use this topper in a sofa bed application report a dramatic difference in the comfort. By using a memory foam topper, you’re increasing body’s distance between your mechanism and innerspring unit in the sleeper sofa effectively making it more comfortable. If you’d like to make your sofa bed even more comfortable, consider replacing the mattress with one of our luxury sofa bed mattresses. Please Note: This is not guaranteed to close into all sofa beds. While it folds into most sofa beds, for some styles on the market, the 2″ depth is just too thick. In those scenarios, we’d suggest folding the topper in quarters and storing it in a closet much like you would a blanket. We do not have any way of knowing whether or not your sofa bed mechanism can accomodate the extra 2″ of depth. Please note that we will not take returns based on a topper not fitting into your sofa bed.

If you are unsatisfied with your topper purchase, please contact us regarding our 30 day return policy. The customer is responsible for shipping on returned toppers. Please note: guarantee does not apply to custom orders and is limited to one per customer.
Please note, because of the cost of labor, materials, and freight costs, we cannot offer returns/exchanges/refunds if the incorrect dimensions, color, style, or shape is ordered.
We start production of your custom custom memory foam sofa mattress topper immediately upon receipt of your order. Orders canceled after 24 hours will assessed a $39 cancellation fee. If the product has already shipped, customer is responsible for round trip shipping fees. Product must be returned free of dirt, stains, rips, tears, holes, and burns for refund to be processed (we donate the returns so keep it clean please).
