Cancellation Policy
Please contact us (888-488-1468) if you change your mind about your order and would like to cancel. If you wait to cancel the order until after it ships, you will be responsible for the round trip shipping costs. If it has already shipped, do not remove the mattress from its packaging when it arrives. Call us and we will arrange a carrier pickup.
Size Verification
Please double-check that you are ordering the correct size! If the wrong size is ordered and the product has already shipped, you are responsible for round trip shipping charges. If the product has been removed from the packaging, a $59 restocking fee will be assessed.
Shipping Time
This product currently ships from our warehouse within 12 weeks.
Your mattress will be compressed and rolled for shipping, and will leave our warehouse in 4–5 business days from the time of ordering. Shipping from our warehouse to the east coast takes 2–3 business days, while shipping to the west coast takes 4–5 business days. This may result in a delay in the expected delivery time of your mattress. Unless requested, FedEx will not require signature upon delivery. Non-Contiguous States & Canada Shipping: If shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or Canada, please call for shipping costs. Remote areas may be assessed higher shipping fees. The customer is responsible for all customs fees when shipping to Canada. For other international orders, please call 303-993-1990 (the 800 number doesn’t take international calls).

Return and Cancellation Policy
We start production of your mattress immediately upon receipt of your order. Orders canceled after 24 hours will incur a $59 cancellation fee. If the product has already shipped, the customer is responsible for round trip shipping fees. Product must be returned free of dirt, stains, rips, tears, holes, and burns for refund to be processed (we donate the returns so keep it clean, please!).
Note: If you placed a custom order with us (ex: a unique size/shape that is not shown on this page), there are no returns, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds for those items once we start production. Please double check your dimensions before you order!
