FREE FedEX Ground Shipping: The truck mattress ships from the factory the same day when ordered by 1pm EST Mon-Fri. Orders placed after the cut off will ship out the very next business day. Transit time is anywhere between 1-5 business days after it ships (allow extra days around the holidays). The truck mattress is compressed and roll packed so it can be shipped via FedEX. This saves you on the freight charges.

Easy Setup: When your truck mattress is delivered, simply take off the plastic wrapping, place in your bunk, and allow approximately 90 minutes for your mattress to expand to it's full shape! You can sleep on your truck mattress that same night (note: In colder climates...it may take up to 24 hrs before the truck mattress expands to full shape.)

Part 1) If within the first 30 days you're not 100% satisfied with this truck mattress, you can donate it to a registered charity of your choice (you must fax us a receipt). You must contact us for a DAN (donation authorization number) prior to donating it. A full refund will be issued once we receive a receipt showing the donation.

Part 2) Beyond the 30 days, we can still issue a refund, but the mattress must be shipped back to us. Shipment must be postmarked by the 100th day. Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. You must contact us for an RMA number (return merchandise authorization number) and for our return shipping address (Littleton, Colorado) before you ship back the truck mattress (customers are responsible for all return shipping costs).

Cancellation Policy : Your truck mattress usually ships out the same day it's ordered. If you cancel after it ships, you will be responsible for the round trip shipping costs. If it has already shipped, do not remove the truck mattress out of it's packaging when it arrives. Call us and we will arrange a UPS pickup.

Size Verification: Please make sure that you ordered the correct size. If wrong size is ordered and the product has already shipped, customer is responsible for round trip shipping charges. If product has been removed from the packaging a $59 restocking fee will be assessed.
