Production time is approximately 5-7 business days. Your custom Deluxe Dorm Mattress will be compressed and rolled up for shipping. Transit time to the east coast is 2-3 business days and 4-5 business days to the west coast. Shipping will be via FedEX Ground. If you're not home, the driver will leave it on your doorstep.

Please note, because of the cost of labor, materials, and freight costs, we cannot offer returns/exchanges/refunds if the incorrect dimensions, color, style, or shape is ordered.
We start production of your custom Deluxe Dorm Mattress immediately upon receipt of your order. Orders canceled after 24 hours will assessed a $79 cancellation fee. If the product has already shipped, customer is responsible for round trip shipping fees. Product must be returned free of dirt, stains, rips, tears, holes, and burns for refund to be processed (we donate the returns so keep it clean please).
Due to the custom nature of the non-standard custom Deluxe Dorm Mattress and the cost of materials and labor, there are no returns or cancellations once we start production. Please double check your dimensions before you order.
