Shipping Time

This product currently ships from our warehouse within 2-3 weeks.

Your mattress will be compressed and rolled for shipping. As soon as it leaves our warehouse, we will email you the FedEx tracking number. Most of our products deliver within 10-15 business days from the time of order. Unless requested, FedEx will not require signature upon delivery. Unboxing and Setup

Easy 5 Minute Setup Instructions

1. Bring the boxed custom Deluxe Dorm Mattress inside
2. Remove compressed & rolled custom Deluxe Dorm Mattress
   from the box it shipped in
3. Position the custom Deluxe Dorm Mattress on your sleeping surface
4. Remove plastic packaging and un-roll the custom Deluxe Dorm Mattress
5. Allow 3 hours for the custom Deluxe Dorm Mattress to expand(Mattress may take up to 24 hours to fully expand)
6. Enjoy your custom Deluxe Dorm Mattress for years to come!

Return and Cancellation Policy

Please note, because of the cost of labor, materials, and freight costs, we cannot offer returns/exchanges/refunds if the incorrect dimensions, color, style, or shape is ordered.

We start production of your custom Deluxe Dorm Mattress immediately upon receipt of your order. Orders canceled after 24 hours will assessed a $79 cancellation fee. If the product has already shipped, customer is responsible for round trip shipping fees. Product must be returned free of dirt, stains, rips, tears, holes, and burns for refund to be processed (we donate the returns so keep it clean please).

Due to the custom nature of the non-standard custom Deluxe Dorm Mattress and the cost of materials and labor, there are no returns or cancellations once we start production. Please double check your dimensions before you order.
