The 2016 model is finished with a breathable soft cotton fabric which is a big upgrade over the rough damask covers normally found on sofa bed mattresses.
Below the cover is a 1.5" layer of soy based convoluted foam, which gives the mattress a cushion firm feel while maximizing airflow.
At the base of the mattress is a 3" layer of soy based high density foam which is designed to provide your body support while helping to prevent that metal bar feel.

Transit time is 2-3 business days on the east coast and 4-5 business days on the west coast. Rural areas may take a little longer. We compress and roll pack your sofa bed mattress in the factory so it fits neatly into a box that can be shipped via FedEX. This makes for easy installation and saves you on the shipping costs.
Non-Contiguous States & Canada Shipping: If shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or Canada, please call for shipping costs. Remote areas may be assessed higher shipping fees. The customer is responsible for all customs fees when shipping to Canada.
Easy Setup: When it arrives, simply remove the plastic covering and allow 24 hours for your sofa bed mattress to return to its original shape! Then it's ready to sleep on!
We offer a 121 day "hassle free" return policy. If you aren't 100% satisfied with your sofa bed mattress after trying it for 30 days, you may ship it back to us for a full refund. You must contact us for an RMA number (return merchandise authorization number) and for our return shipping address (Littleton, Colorado) before you ship back the mattress (customers are responsible for all return shipping costs). Refund will be issued as soon as the product is received. This offer excludes clearance items.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your sofa bed mattress purchase at anytime prior to accepting delivery. Please keep in mind these mattresses ship immediately. If it's already shipped, you will be responsible for round trip shipping charges. After those 24 hours you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50 (we will have started manufacturing your sofa bed mattress by then). If it has already shipped, you will be responsible for round trip shipping.
Size Verification: Make sure to verify that you ordered the correct size. If incorrect size is ordered and the product has already shipped, the customer will be responsible for round trip shipping charges. Do not remove product from packaging when you receive the shipment if wrong size is ordered.

Production time is approximately 4-5 business days. Your custom Ovation Sofa Bed Mattress will be compressed and rolled up for shipping. Transit time to the east coast is 2-3 business days and 4-5 business days to the west coast. Shipping will be via FedEX Ground. If you're not home, the driver will leave it on your doorstep.

Please note, because of the cost of labor, materials, and freight costs, we cannot offer returns/exchanges/refunds if the incorrect dimensions, color, style, or shape is ordered.
We start production of your custom Ovation Sofa Bed Mattress immediately upon receipt of your order. Orders canceled after 24 hours will assessed a $50 cancellation fee. If the product has already shipped, customer is responsible for round trip shipping fees. Product must be returned free of dirt, stains, rips, tears, holes, and burns for refund to be processed (we donate the returns so keep it clean please).
Note: If you placed a custom order with us (ex: a unique size/shape that is not shown on this page), there are no returns, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds for those items once we start production. So please double check your dimensions before you order.
