Custom Deluxe Sofa Bed Mattress with Memory Foam
Do you need an odd size sofa bed mattress? No problem! We offer an upgraded version of the Deluxe Sofa Bed Mattress with Memory Foam with a quilted cover instead of a smooth top cover in custom sizes! When doing a custom order with us, we upgrade the base foam to a spec with better support factor, faster recovering time, better airflow, and more durability. We also upgrade the cover to a 1/4″ quilted Cool-Max instead of the un-quilted smooth top stretch knit Cool-Max on the standard version. This gives the the mattress a higher-end finished look and makes the cover more durable.

Note: with custom sizes, due to the labor involved, we do NOT make removable zip off mattress covers.
The cover will be a closed tape-edge design on the top and the bottom.

This product can be ordered in custom sizes when you order by phone.
Due to the upgrade in materials, the warranty for custom size sofa mattresses is 15 Years as opposed to the 10 Year warranty we offer on our non-custom version.
This mattress can be ordered in any size or shape you can imagine. At the bottom of this page, you can select your desired width, length, and mattress height.
How to Measure:
In order to determine your mattress width and length, you’ll need to measure your sofa bed frame. Although you could measure your old sofa mattress, a measurement of your frame is usually more accurate.
1) Open your sofa bed.
2) If you have an existing mattress in the sofa, remove it off the frame.
3) Using a tape measure, note the width of the inside of your frame from bar to bar and round down to the nearest inch. For example, if your sofa frame measures 47 3/4, then write down 47″.
4) Repeat step 3 but this time with the length. For example, if the length of the inside of your frame is 69 3/4″, then write down 69″.
5) Mattress Height. When choosing the mattress height, go based off of what is currently in your sofa bed. For example, if the existing mattress is 3″, choose 3″ for the mattress height. Don’t have the sofa mattress anymore? Call us for help at 888-488-1468.

- Your custom sofa bed mattress is compressed and rolled in the factory so it can be shipped via FedEX Ground. The shipping carrier will leave the package on the door step if you’re not home for delivery.
We Can Ship this Mattress to HI, HI, AK, and USVI! Any size 60×75 or smaller can usually be shipped for $49 extra to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands (any place that can receive regular USPS Mail). For an exact quote, call 888-488-1468
All you need to do is take the mattress out of it’s box, remove it from it’s plastic wrapping, and allow approximately 2-3 hours for it to expand to full size. The mattress can be used that very same night or stored in the sofa for future guests!
Custom Size Return and Cancellation Policy
Make sure to double check your measurements because we start making your custom sofa mattress almost immediately. Due to the cost of materials and labor, by placing your order, you understand that there are no cancellations, modifications, returns, or refunds. If you have any questions or you need help placing your custom order, please don’t hesitate to call 888-488-1468.
We understand that you are buying an RV mattress sight unseen, and we want you to be thrilled about your purchase. This is why we offer a two-part guarantee!

First 30 Days
If you are not 100% satisfied within the first 30 days, you can donate your mattress to any registered charity of your choice. You must contact us prior to donating the mattress to receive a Donation Authorization or a refund will not be processed. The refund will be issued when we receive a receipt showing the donation has been made, and we’ve verified with the charities’ management that the donation was received. In the event that you have difficulty finding a charity to donate it to, MattressInsider will help you find one!
After 30 Days
After the first 30 days, you can ship it back to us and we will issue you a refund. Before shipping the mattress, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number and for our return shipping address. Shipment must be postmarked by the 121st day. The refund will be minus a $59 restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Unboxing and Setup
Easy 5 Minute Setup Instructions
- Bring the boxed Deluxe Cool-Max Sofa Mattress inside
- Remove the compressed & rolled mattress from the box (Leave the plastic on)
- Position the mattress on your sleeping surface
- Remove plastic packaging (Carefully!) and un-roll the mattress
- Allow 3 hours for the mattress to expand(Mattress may take up to 24 hours to fully expand)
- Enjoy your Deluxe Cool-Max Sofa Mattress for years to come!
Return and Cancellation Policy
Please note, because of the cost of labor, materials, and freight costs, we cannot offer returns/exchanges/refunds if the incorrect dimensions, color, style, or shape is ordered.
Note: If you placed a custom order with us (ex: a unique size/shape that is not shown on this page), there are no returns, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds for those items once we start production. So please double check your dimensions before you order.
Two Part 121 Night Guarantee!
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your mattress after trying it for at least 30 days, please contact us. We will ask you to donate the mattress to a registered non-profit charity of your choice. You must contact us prior to donating the mattress to receive a DA (Donation Authorization), or a refund will not be processed. The refund will be issued when we receive a receipt showing the donation has been made, and we’ve verified with the charities’ management that the donation was received. Please note: guarantee does not apply to custom orders and is limited to one per customer.
- After 60 days we will require you to ship the mattress back to us for a refund. Please contact us for an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping address before shipping the mattress. Shipment must be postmarked by day 121. The refund will be minus a $59 restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note: guarantee does not apply to custom orders.
