Do you need an odd size sofa bed mattress? No problem! We offer an upgraded version of the Deluxe Sofa Bed Mattress with Memory Foam with a quilted cover instead of a smooth top cover in custom sizes! When doing a custom order with us, we upgrade the base foam to a spec with better support factor, faster recovering time, better airflow, and more durability. We also upgrade the cover to a 1/4″ quilted Cool-Max instead of the un-quilted smooth top stretch knit Cool-Max on the standard version. This gives the the mattress a higher-end finished look and makes the cover more durable.

Due to the upgrade in materials, the warranty for custom size sofa mattresses is 15 Years as opposed to the 10 Year warranty we offer on our non-custom version.
This mattress can be ordered in any size or shape you can imagine. At the bottom of this page, you can select your desired width, length, and mattress height.
How to Measure:
In order to determine your mattress width and length, you’ll need to measure your sofa bed frame. Although you could measure your old sofa mattress, a measurement of your frame is usually more accurate.
1) Open your sofa bed.
2) If you have an existing mattress in the sofa, remove it off the frame.
3) Using a tape measure, note the width of the inside of your frame from bar to bar and round down to the nearest inch. For example, if your sofa frame measures 47 3/4, then write down 47″.
4) Repeat step 3 but this time with the length. For example, if the length of the inside of your frame is 69 3/4″, then write down 69″.
5) Mattress Height. When choosing the mattress height, go based off of what is currently in your sofa bed. For example, if the existing mattress is 3″, choose 3″ for the mattress height. Don’t have the sofa mattress anymore? Call us for help at 888-488-1468.

All you need to do is take the mattress out of it’s box, remove it from it’s plastic wrapping, and allow approximately 2-3 hours for it to expand to full size. The mattress can be used that very same night or stored in the sofa for future guests!

Due to the cost of materials and labor, by placing your order, you understand that there are no cancellations, modifications, returns, or refunds. First 30 Days
If you are not 100% satisfied within the first 30 days, you can donate your mattress to any registered charity of your choice. You must contact us prior to donating the mattress to receive a Donation Authorization or a refund will not be processed. The refund will be issued when we receive a receipt showing the donation has been made, and we’ve verified with the charities’ management that the donation was received. In the event that you have difficulty finding a charity to donate it to, MattressInsider will help you find one!
After 30 Days
After the first 30 days, you can ship it back to us and we will issue you a refund. Before shipping the mattress, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number and for our return shipping address. Shipment must be postmarked by the 121st day. The refund will be minus a $59 restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Shipping Time
This product currently ships from our warehouse within 3-6 weeks.
Your mattress will be compressed and rolled for shipping. As soon as it leaves our warehouse, we will email you the FedEx tracking number. Most of our products deliver within 10-14 business days from the time of order. Unless requested, FedEx will not require signature upon delivery. Note: If you placed a custom order with us (ex: a unique size/shape that is not shown on this page), there are no returns, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds for those items once we start production. So please double check your dimensions before you order.
