Shipping Time: We have two shipping options available for this model.

Free Shipping Option: Your mattress will leave the factory in approximately 4-5 business days. Transit time will be be approximately 4 business days. If you are in a rural area, delivery may take a little longer.
Expedited Shipping Option: For an extra $29, we can ship your memory foam sofa bed mattress out the same day (if placed by 12EST Mon-Fri). This option is available only on Full (52x72 and 54x72) and Queen (58x72 and 60x72) sizes. If the order is placed after 12pm EST, it will ship the next business day. Transit time is approximately 4 business days. Rural areas may take a little longer. Please note that we don't ship on major holidays (ex: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years).

We compress and roll pack your sofa bed mattress so it can be shipped via UPS. This saves you on the shipping costs and also reduces the carbon foot print on the atmosphere.

Easy Setup: When it arrives, simply remove the plastic covering and allow 1 hour for your sofa bed mattress to return to it's original shape! Sleep on your sofa bed mattress the very same night! (note: during the winter time it may take between 2-3 hrs before returning to it's shape due to the low temperature).

Sofa Bed Mattress Return Policy

We have an exclusive 100 day hassle free return policy. If you aren't 100% satisfied with your sofa bed mattress after trying it for 30 days, you may ship it back to us for a full refund minus a $59 restocking fee. We will ship you a vacuum kit to re-compress your mattress for the return shipping. You must contact us for an RMA number (return merchandise authorization number) and for our return shipping address (Littleton, Colorado) before you ship back the mattress ( customers are responsible for all return shipping costs). We don't have any fine print or hidden language that says "must be in original unopened packaging, etc. Refund will be issued as soon as the product is received. This offer excludes clearance items.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your sofa bed mattress purchase at anytime prior to accepting delivery. If it has already shipped, you will be responsible for round trip shipping costs. If shipping was free, you will be charged what it cost us to ship your mattress.

Size Verification: Make sure to verify that you ordered the correct size. If incorrect size is ordered and the product has already shipped, the customer will be responsible for round trip shipping charges. Do not remove product from packaging when you receive the shipment if wrong size is ordered.
