Some important things to know: In order to ensure a snug fit, the plant will add approximately 5″ of fabric to the pocket depth of the fitted sheet.
For example, if you select a 10″ mattress height below, the factory will make the fitted sheet approximately 15″ deep to ensure there is enough fabric to grab around the corners of the mattress (just like standard sheets you would purchase from the store).
Widths 50″ and wider will include two pillowcases.
Widths narrower than 50″ will include one pillowcase.

Return Policy: We gladly accept returns on sheet sets within 30 days. You must contact us prior to returning the sheet set to receive an RMA (Return Authorization), or a refund will not be processed. Customer is responsible for 25% restock fee and round trip shipping. Sheets must be shipped back in unopened packaging. Once the sheets are removed from their packaging, they are not eligible for a return. Custom size orders are not eligible for return.
Note: We do not accept returns or cancellations on custom sheets once we start production. Please double check your dimensions before ordering a custom size.
Care Instructions
Sheets should be washed separate in cold or warm water. Please do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Remove sheets promptly from dryer.
Shipping Time
Our sheets are made to order by hand and currently ship within 2-3 weeks of placing your order. As soon as your sheets leave our warehouse, we will email you the FedEx tracking number. Unless requested, FedEx will not require a signature upon delivery. Please allow extra days around the holidays or for remote areas. For details, contact us at 888-488-1468.
Non-Contiguous States & Canada Shipping: If shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or Canada, please call for shipping costs. Remote areas may be assessed higher shipping fees. The customer is responsible for all customs fees when shipping to Canada.
Return and Cancellation Policy
