Two Part 365 Night Guarantee!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your mattress after trying it for at least 30 days, please contact us. We will ask you to donate the mattress to a registered non-profit charity of your choice. You must contact us prior to donating the mattress to receive a DA (Donation Authorization), or a refund will not be processed. The refund will be issued when we receive a receipt showing the donation has been made, and we’ve verified with the charities’ management that the donation was received. In the event that you have difficulty finding a charity to donate your mattress to, MattressInsider will help you find one! Please note: guarantee does not apply to custom orders.
After 60 days we will require you to ship the mattress back to us for a refund. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping address before shipping the mattress. Shipment must be postmarked by day 365. The refund will be less a $59 restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please note: non-contiguous states (including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories) and Canada are not included in the free shipping offer. Please contact us for shipping costs (we try our best to find the least expensive options for you). The customer is responsible for all customs fees when shipping to Canada.

Cancellation Policy
Please contact us at 888-488-1468 if you change your mind about your order and would like to cancel. If you wait to cancel the order until after it ships, you will be responsible for the round trip shipping costs. If it has already shipped, do not remove the mattress from its packaging when it arrives. Call us and we will arrange a carrier pickup.

Size Verification
Please double-check that you are ordering the correct size! If the wrong size is ordered and the product has already shipped, you are responsible for round trip shipping charges. If the product has been removed from the packaging, a $59 restocking fee will be assessed.
