You must contact us prior to donating the mattress to receive a DA (Donation Authorization), or a refund will not be processed. The refund will be issued when we receive a receipt showing the donation has been made, and we’ve verified with the charities’ management that the donation was received. In the event that you have difficulty finding a charity to donate your mattress to, MattressInsider will help you find one!
Please note: guarantee does not apply to custom orders.
After 60 days we will require you to ship the mattress back to us for a refund. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping address before shipping the mattress. Shipment must be postmarked by day 365. The refund will be less a $59 restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Shipping Details
Please note: non-contiguous states (including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories) and Canada are not included in the free shipping offer. Please contact us for shipping costs (we try our best to find the least expensive options for you). The customer is responsible for all customs fees when shipping to Canada.
This product currently ships from our warehouse within 1-2 weeks.

Cancellation Policy
Please contact us at 888-488-1468 if you change your mind about your order and would like to cancel. If you wait to cancel the order until after it ships, you will be responsible for the round trip shipping costs. If it has already shipped, do not remove the mattress from its packaging when it arrives. Call us and we will arrange a carrier pickup.

Size Verification
Please double-check that you are ordering the correct size! If the wrong size is ordered and the product has already shipped, you are responsible for round trip shipping charges. If the product has been removed from the packaging, a $59 restocking fee will be assessed.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping Time

Your mattress will be compressed and rolled for shipping. As soon as it leaves our warehouse, we will email you the FedEx tracking number. Most of our products deliver within 15-20 business days from the time of order. Unless requested, FedEx will not require signature upon delivery. Please allow extra days around the holidays or for remote areas. For details, call at 888-488-1468.

Unboxing and Setup

Easy 5 Minute Setup Instructions

Bring the compressed & rolled mattress into your RV or home
Remove the mattress from the box and position it on the sleeping surface
Remove the plastic packaging and unroll the mattress
Allow 2-3 hours for the mattress to expand (this process can sometimes take up to 24 hours)

Return and Cancellation Policy

Please note, because of the cost of labor, materials, and freight costs, we cannot offer returns/exchanges/refunds if the incorrect dimensions, color, style, or shape is ordered.

We start production of your mattress immediately upon receipt of your order. Orders canceled after 24 hours will incur a $49 cancellation fee. If the product has already shipped, the customer is responsible for round trip shipping fees. Product must be returned free of dirt, stains, rips, tears, holes, and burns for refund to be processed (we donate the returns so keep it clean, please!).

Note: There are no returns, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds for custom orders once we start production; please double check your measurements before you order.
