Return Policy: We gladly accept returns on sheet sets within 30 days. You must contact us prior to returning the sheet set to receive an RMA (Return Authorization), or a refund will not be processed. Customer is responsible for 25% restock fee and round trip shipping. Sheets must be shipped back in unopened packaging. Once the sheets are removed from their packaging, they are not eligible for a return. Custom size orders are not eligible for return.
Note: We do not accept returns or cancellations on custom sheets once we start production. Please double check your dimensions before ordering a custom size.
Care Instructions
Sheets should be washed separate in cold or warm water. Please do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Remove comforter promptly from dryer.
Shipping Time
As soon as your sheets leaves our warehouse, we will email you the FedEx tracking number. Most of our products deliver within 3-5 weeks from the time of order. Unless requested, FedEx will not require signature upon delivery. Please allow extra days around the holidays or for remote areas. For details, contact us at 888-488-1468.
Non-Contiguous States & Canada Shipping: If shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or Canada, please call for shipping costs. Remote areas may be assessed higher shipping fees. The customer is responsible for all customs fees when shipping to Canada.
Return and Cancellation Policy
Due to the custom nature and the cost of materials and labor of our oversized mattress sheet sets, there are no returns or cancellations once we start production. Please double check your dimensions before you order.
