How's it made?
Our 100% natural latex is created from the sap of rubber trees in Sri Lanka and Brazil. After the sap is collected (see pictures below) it's injected into a mold with thousands of tiny pins and baked for several hours. When the latex is removed from the mold, those pins create holes that provide ventilation for your sofa bed mattress. After going through a washing process it's laminated to our soy bean plant based high density support foam using a water based adhesive. Finally it's cut to shape and then our quilted knit cover is sewn around it completing the product.

Made in the USA: The latex rubber used in the mattress is sourced in Sri Lanka and Brazil. The final product is manufactured in the USA. Every one of our mattresses is held to stringent quality control standards to insure consistent firmness and durability.

Shipping Options: Want it delivered fast? Or...Lightning Fast?

Option #1: Free Shipping: Your new sofa mattress is made from scratch in about 5 business days. The mattress will be compressed, rolled, and shipped via UPS Ground. Transit time is 2-3 business days on the east coast and 4-5 business days on the west coast (allow extra time for rural areas).

Option #2: Expedited Shipping: Available in 60" x 72" and 52" x 72" only! Mattress leaves our warehouse in Pennsylvania within 24 business hours and ships via Fedex Ground. Transit time is 2-3 business days on the east coast and 4-5 business days on the west coast. Our memory foam sofa bed mattress can also be expedited.

Easy Setup: All you need to do is remove the plastic wrapping and give the mattress about 2-3 hours to expand to it's original size. The plastic can be removed in about 5-10 minutes. That's it! Your new mattress can be used the same night or it can be folded and stored for the next guest. Please note in colder climates, it may take a little longer to expand.

Sofa Bed Mattress No Risk 100 Day Return Policy

We have a 100 day Hassle Free Return Policy! If you aren't 100% satisfied with your sofa bed mattress after trying it for at least 30 days, you may ship it back to us for a full no questions asked refund. You must contact us for an RMA number (return merchandise authorization number) and for our return shipping address (Littleton, Colorado) before you ship back the mattress. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refund will be issued as soon as the product is received. This offer excludes clearance items.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your sofa bed mattress purchase at anytime prior to accepting delivery. If you cancel within 24 hours of placing the order, there are no restocking fees. After those 24 hours you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50 (we will have started manufacturing your sofa bed mattress by then). If it has already shipped, you will be responsible for round trip shipping.

Size Verification: Make sure to verify that you ordered the correct size. If incorrect size is ordered and the product has already shipped, the customer will be responsible for round trip shipping charges. Do not remove product from packaging when you receive the shipment if wrong size is ordered. Otherwise restocking fees will be assessed.
