How's it made?
Our 100% natural latex is created from the sap of rubber trees in the mountains of Sri Lanka. After the sap is collected (see pictures below) it's injected into a mold with thousands of tiny pins and baked for several hours. When the latex is removed from the mold, those pins create holes that provide ventilation for your sofa bed mattress. After going through a washing process it's laminated to our soy based, eco-green, high density support foam. Finally it's cut to shape and then covered with a knit cover.

Every one of our mattresses is held to stringent quality control standards to insure consistent firmness and durability. Your sofa bed mattress is manufactured as soon as you place your order and it ships from our US factory.

Free Fast Shipping: Your sofa bed mattress will ship in approximately 4 business days. It usually arrives at your home with 7-10 business days of placing an order (allow a few extra days for rural areas). Need a sofa mattress quicker? Look at our memory foam sofa bed mattress We compress and roll pack your sofa bed mattress in the factory so it fits neatly into a corrugated box that can be shipped via UPS. This saves you on the shipping costs and also reduces the carbon foot print on the atmosphere.

Easy Setup: All you need to do is remove the plastic wrapping and give the mattress about 90 minutes to expand to it's original size. The plastic can be removed in about 3-5 minutes. That's it! Your new mattress can be used the same night or it can be folded and stored for the next guest.

Sofa Bed Mattress Exclusive 100 Day Return Policy

We have an exclusive 100 day hassle free return policy. In fact...we are the only company that lets you return a sofa bed mattress after sleeping on it. We are very confident that you're going to love the product.

If you aren't 100% satisfied with your sofa bed mattress after trying it for 30 days, you may ship it back to us for a full refund minus a $59 restocking fee. We will ship you a vacuum kit to re-compress your mattress for the return shipping. You must contact us for an RMA number (return merchandise authorization number) and for our return shipping address (Littleton, Colorado) before you ship back the mattress (customers are responsible for all return shipping costs). We don't have any fine print or hidden language that says "must be in original unopened packaging, etc. Refund will be issued as soon as the product is received. This offer excludes clearance items.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your sofa bed mattress purchase at anytime prior to accepting delivery. If you cancel within 24 hours of placing the order, there are no restocking fees. After those 24 hours you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50 (we will have started manufacturing your sofa bed mattress by then). If it has already shipped, you will be responsible for round trip shipping.

Size Verification: Make sure to verify that you ordered the correct size. If incorrect size is ordered and the product has already shipped, the customer will be responsible for round trip shipping charges. Do not remove product from packaging when you receive the shipment if wrong size is ordered. Otherwise restocking fees will be assessed.
