Return and Cancellation Policy
Please note, because of the cost of labor, materials, and freight costs, we cannot offer returns/exchanges/refunds if the incorrect dimensions, color, style, or shape is ordered.

If for whatever reason (or no reason) your mattress encasement does not meet your expectations, we will refund your money less $29 restock fee. Simply call us to let us know you want to return it and we will provide you with a shipping address. If shipping is being offered free, customer will be responsible for what FedEx charged us to ship it to you.
