Cancellation Policy : You may cancel prior to accepting delivery. If you cancel after it ships, you will be responsible for round trip shipping costs (whatever UPS charged us). If it has already shipped, do not remove the mattress out of it's packaging when it arrives otherwise you will be charged a $79 restocking fee per mattress. Call us and we will arrange a UPS pickup.

Size Verification: Please make sure that you do indeed need a twin xl and not a regular twin. If the wrong size is ordered and the product has already shipped, the customer is responsible for round trip shipping charges. If product has been removed from the packaging a $79 restocking fee will be assessed per mattress.
