Your Twin XL Mattress ships compressed and rolled.  When it arrives...simply remove the plastic, unroll the mattress, and allow 1 hour for it to expand to 90% of it's original size.  The other 10% takes place over 48 hours.  Sleep on it the same night it arrives!
