A radius corner refers to the curved portion at one or more corners of a mattress. Rather than a standard right angle, these corners have a smooth, rounded arc. Accurately measuring this arc helps ensure a custom-fit mattress, topper, or moisture barrier.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Identify the Radius Start and End Points:
Look closely at the corner. You’ll notice a point where the straight edge of the mattress begins to curve—that’s where the radius starts. Then, observe where the curve ends and the mattress straightens out again.

2. Use Rulers or Tape Measures:
Lay one tape measure or ruler horizontally along the mattress’s top edge, stopping right at the beginning of the curve. Then lay a second ruler or tape measure vertically, meeting the other at the end of the curve. Where they intersect is your radius measurement.

3. Read the Measurement:
The point where the two tools intersect represents the radius in inches. In the example shown in the video, the radius is 2.5 inches.
