Memory Foam and Natural Latex Mattress Return Policy:
We are so confident you are going to love our memory foam and natural latex mattresses that we have decided to extend the length of our return policy from 100 days to an exclusive 185 days! It is very rare to find a retailer who is willing to stand behind their products for that length of time. So far we have gotten ZERO returns on any of those products.
If after trying your new mattress for 90 days you wish to return it, we will send out a shipping company to pick it up. The mattress pickup must be scheduled by the 185th day. You'll need to obtain a "mattress box" from a local mattress store or a moving and storage company. All we ask is you pay $175 for return shipping (it costs us $300). There are no restocking fees. We don't have any fine print or hidden language that says "must be in original unopened packaging, etc. You must obtain an RMA number (return merchandise authorization number) prior to the pickup. A refund will be issued as long as this policy is followed. This offer excludes clearance items.

You may cancel your mattress purchase at anytime prior to accepting delivery. If you cancel within 24 hours of placing the order, there are no restocking fees. After those 24 hrs you will be charged a cancellation fee of $99 (we will have started manufacturing your mattress by then). If it has already shipped, you will also be responsible for round trip shipping.

Sofa Bed Mattress Return Policy
We have an exclusive 100 day hassle free return policy. In fact...we are the only company that lets you return a sofa bed mattress after sleeping on it. Why would we risk this? The product is so well made that we have had literaly 1 exchange and ZERO returns over the last 80 sofa bed mattress orders. Furthermore, that exchange was due to the customer ordering the wrong size! So we are very confident that your going to love the product.
If you aren't 100% satisfied with your sofa bed mattress after trying it for 30 days, you may ship it back to us for a full refund minus a $59 restocking fee. We will ship you a vacuum kit to recompress your mattress for the return shipping. You must contact us for an RMA number (return merchandise authorization number) and for our return shipping address (Littleton, Colorado) before you ship back the mattress (customers are responsible for all return shipping costs). We don't have any fine print or hidden language that says "must be in original unopened packaging, etc. Refund will be issued as soon as the product is received. This offer excludes clearance items.

If it has already shipped, you will be responsible for round trip shipping. Make sure to verify that you ordered the correct size. If incorrect size is ordered and the product has already shipped, the customer will be responsible for round trip shipping charges. Do not remove product from packaging when you receive the shipment.

Part 2) Beyond the 30 days, we can still issue a refund, but it must be shipped back to MattressInsider.com in Littleton Colorado. Shipment must be postmarked by the 100th day. Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We will send out a vacuum kit so you can recompress your mattress. A full refund minus a $59 restocking fee will apply. You must contact us for an RMA number (return merchandise authorization number) and for our return shipping address (Littleton, Colorado) before you ship back the mattress (customers are responsible for all return shipping costs)
Cancellation Policy: Your order ships out within 24 business hours of placing your order. If you cancel after it ships, you will be responsible for the round trip shipping costs. If it has already shipped, do not remove the mattress out of it's packaging when it arrives. Call us and we will arrange a UPS pickup.
Size Verification: Please make sure that you ordered the correct size. If wrong size is ordered and the product has already shipped, customer is responsible for round trip shipping charges. If product has been removed from the packaging a $59 restocking fee will be assessed.

Bedding, Linens, Pillows, and Toppers Return Policy
Bedding, Linens and Pillows: can be returned within 30 Day in their unopened packaging. Once packaging has been opened they can not be sent back. Customers are reponsible for round trip shipping charges associated with the return. This offer excludes clearance items. Please Note: There are no returns on custom sheets so double check your measurements!

Toppers Return Policy: We have an exclusive 100 day return policy on toppers even if you've slept on them! Return's can be made after trying it for 30 days and return shipment must be post marked by the 100th day. You must call us for an RMA (return merchandise authorization number). Customer is responsible for round trip shipping charges and a $30 restocking fee. This offer excludes clearance items.

Adjustable Base Return Policy: Due to the cost involved in delivering an adjustable base, there are no returns. Please note that if the delivery is refused, the customer is responsible for paying round trip freight charges. In other words, what it costs us to deliver the product to you and the cost to return it to our facility in Colorado.
