How is Dunlop latex made?
First, our journey starts in the lush landscapes of Sri Lanka and Brazil, where the precious latex is gently collected from the sap of rubber trees.
Next, this raw sap makes its way to a state-of-the-art pouring facility. Here, the magic really begins! The latex, while still in its liquid form, is whipped into a fluffy foam and lovingly poured into a mold.
Once snug in its mold, it embarks on a conveyor belt ride into the heart of a vulcanization oven. It’s here that it gets baked to perfection.
But we’re not done yet! Once it’s done baking, our latex is carefully removed from its mold and treated to a thorough washing. This process not only scrubs away any remaining soaps and materials but also helps the foam retain its elasticity. It’s this wash that ensures the latex remains pure and robustly durable.
Finally, our latex takes a trip to a super-hot dryer to make sure every last drop of moisture is banished from the foam. And voila! That’s how we create our stellar Dunlop latex.

- After 60 days we will require you to ship the mattress back to us for a refund. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping address before shipping the mattress. Shipment must be postmarked by day 365. The refund will be less a $59 restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Your mattress will be compressed and rolled for shipping. As soon as it leaves our warehouse, we will email you the FedEx tracking number. Most of our products deliver within 10-14 business days from the time of order. Unless requested, FedEx will not require signature upon delivery. Please allow extra days around the holidays or for remote areas. For details, contact us at 888-488-1468.
Non-Contiguous States & Canada Shipping:
We Ship to most areas of AK, HI, PR, USVI, and Canada for $99. International orders must be placed by phone at 303-993-1990 (the 800 number doesn’t take international calls). We will let you know the approximate delivery date at the time of ordering. The customer is responsible for all customs fees when shipping to Canada.

- Bring the boxed Natural Latex Sofa Mattress inside
- Remove the compressed & rolled mattress from the box (Leave the plastic on)
- Position the mattress on your sleeping surface
- Remove plastic packaging (Carefully!) and un-roll the mattress
- Allow 3 hours for the mattress to expand(Mattress may take up to 24 hours to fully expand)

Return and Cancellation Policy
Please note, because of the cost of labor, materials, and freight costs, we cannot offer returns/exchanges/refunds if the incorrect dimensions, color, style, or shape is ordered.
We start production of your custom Natural Latex Sofa Mattress immediately upon receipt of your order. Orders canceled after 24 hours will assessed a $50 cancellation fee. If the product has already shipped, customer is responsible for round trip shipping fees. Product must be returned free of dirt, stains, rips, tears, holes, and burns for refund to be processed (we donate the returns so keep it clean please).
Note: If you placed a custom order with us (ex: a unique size/shape that is not shown on this page), there are no returns, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds for those items once we start production. So please double check your dimensions before you order.
