Shipping Time: Queen (60x72 and 58x72) and Full size (54x72 and 52x72) will ship same day if ordered by 12pm EST. Other sizes are available by calling us at 888-488-1468. Once it ships, it takes approximately 1-5 business days for delivery depending on where you're located. Rural areas may take a little longer. We compress and roll pack your sofa bed mattress in the factory so it fits neatly into a box that can be shipped via UPS. This makes for easy installation and saves you on the shipping costs.

Easy Setup: When it arrives, simply remove the plastic covering and allow 2-3 hours for your sofa bed mattress to return to it's original shape! In fact, it expands so fast, you can even sleep on it the very same night if you wish!

Sofa Bed Mattress "No Risk" Return Policy

We offer a 100 day "hassle free" return policy. If you aren't 100% satisfied with your sofa bed mattress after trying it for 30 days, you may ship it back to us for a full refund. You must contact us for an RMA number (return merchandise authorization number) and for our return shipping address (Littleton, Colorado) before you ship back the mattress ( customers are responsible for all return shipping costs). Refund will be issued as soon as the product is received. This offer excludes clearance items.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your sofa bed mattress purchase at anytime prior to accepting delivery. Please keep in mind these mattresses ship immediately. If it's already shipped, you will be responsible for round trip shipping charges. After those 24 hours you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50 (we will have started manufacturing your sofa bed mattress by then). If it has already shipped, you will be responsible for round trip shipping.

Size Verification: Make sure to verify that you ordered the correct size. If incorrect size is ordered and the product has already shipped, the customer will be responsible for round trip shipping charges. Do not remove product from packaging when you receive the shipment if wrong size is ordered.
