Shipping and Production Time
Your 10" Luxury Eco Memory Foam mattress will be compressed, rolled, and then shipped in an eco-friendly hand sewn canvas bag. Production time is approximately 4-5 business days. UPS Ground transit time is approximately 2-3 days on the west coast and 4-5 days on the east coast.

185 Day Return Policy!
We ask that you test our mattress out for at least 30 days before calling us to return it. If after 30 days you're not 100% satisfied, we give you up to the 185 day to request an RMA number (return authorization number). An RMA number must be issued before a return can be accepted. The customer is responsible for return shipping and packaging materials for their mattress. Once we receive the returned mattress, a full refund will be issued.
