Deluxe RV mattress ships out the same day when ordered by 1pm EST! Orders placed after the cut off will ship out the very next business day if UPS has already picked up. Your mattress will arrive approximately 4-5 business days after it ships (allow extra days around the holidays or for remote areas).
Easy Setup: When your Deluxe RV mattress is delivered, simply take off the plastic wrapping and allow 2-3 hours for your mattress to expand! You can sleep on your RV mattress that same night (Note: In some climates...it may take up to 48 hrs before the mattress expands to it's full shape.) Exclusive 100 Day Money Back Guarantee on RV Mattresses! We understand that you are buying an RV mattress sight unseen. That's why we offer a 2 part guarantee. Part 1) If you're not 100% satisfied within the first 30 days, you can donate your mattress to any registered charity of your choice. You must contact us prior to donating the mattress to receive a DA (Donation Authorization) or a refund will not be processed. A 100% refund will be issued as long as we receive a receipt showing you actually donated it. In the event that you have difficulty finding a charity to donate it to, MattressInsider will even help you find one! Part 2) After 30 days, you can ship it back to us (Littleton Colorado) and we'll issue you a refund. Shipment must be postmarked by the 100th day. You must contact us for an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and for our return shipping address before you ship back the mattress. The refund will be less a $59 restocking fee. Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Cancellation Policy : In most cases, your order ships out the same day it's placed. If you cancel after it ships, you will be responsible for the round trip shipping costs. If it has already shipped, do not remove the mattress out of it's packaging when it arrives. Call us and we will arrange a UPS pickup. Size Verification: Please make sure that you ordered the correct size. If wrong size is ordered and the product has already shipped, customer is responsible for round trip shipping charges.
