Your mattress will ship factory direct and arrive via UPS Ground within 7-10 business days (allow extra time during holidays).
Note: RV mattresses ship within 24 business hours and usually arrive within about 5 business days.
Note: Some products will ship in multiple layers of dense plastic instead of the corrugated box.
When it arrives, simply remove the plastic (be careful not to cut the mattress), and place the new mattress on your platform bed, existing foundation/boxspring, or our foundation (if you purchased one).
Mattress expands to 90% of it's shape in 1 hr. The other 10% takes on average 3-4 hrs. It's actually quite fascinating to watch. You might pull out your camera and take a picture!
Don't worry...shipping compressed and rolled will not hurt your mattress in any way!
Please note: If you're receiving delivery in a cold climate (winter time), allow up to 24hrs before your mattress can return to it's full shape
If you ordered a boxspring and a bed frame along with your mattress, it will require some minor assembly. It's very simple (can be done in less than 30 minutes and requires no tools). Simple instructions will be included to make it a breeze!
White Glove Delivery Gold
We provide White Glove Delivery Gold for an additional $199 Charge. White glove delivery includes: delivery up to 3 flights of stairs and setup of a mattress, boxspring, and frame. 99% of our customers don't need this option, but we do have it available.
White Glove Delivery Platinum
For $275 we provide white glove delivery platinum which includes delivery up to three flights of stairs, setup of your mattress boxspring and frame, and removal of your old mattress set.
