FREE FedEX Ground Shipping: Cot mattresses ship fresh directly from our US based factory in about 5 business days. Transit time is 2-3 days on the west coast and 4-5 days on the east coast. We compress and roll pack your cot mattress in the factory so it fits neatly into a box that can be shipped via FedEX Ground.

Easy Setup: When it arrives, simply remove the plastic covering and allow 1 hour for your cot mattress to return to it's original shape! Sleep on your cot mattress the very same night! (note: during the winter time it may take between 2-3 hrs before returning to it's shape due to the low temperature).

Cot Mattress Return Policy

We have an exclusive 100 day hassle free return policy. If you aren't 100% satisfied with your cot mattress after trying it for 30 days, you may ship it back to us for a full refund. You must contact us for an RMA number (return merchandise authorization number) and for our return shipping address (Littleton, Colorado) before you ship back the cot mattress (customers are responsible for all return shipping costs). Refund will be issued as soon as the product is received. This offer excludes clearance items.

Cot Mattress Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your cot mattress purchase at anytime prior to accepting delivery. If you cancel within 24 hours of placing the order, there are no restocking fees. After those 24 hours you will be charged a cancellation fee of $59 (we will have started manufacturing your cot mattress by then). If it has already shipped, you will be responsible for round trip shipping.

Size Verification: Make sure to verify that you ordered the correct cot mattress size. If incorrect size is ordered and the product has already shipped, the customer will be responsible for round trip shipping charges. Do not remove product from packaging when you receive the shipment if wrong size is ordered.
