We don't have any fine print or hidden language that says "must be in
original unopened packaging, etc. Refund will be issued as soon as the
product is received. This offer excludes clearance items.Cancellation Policy

prior to accepting delivery. If you cancel within 24 hours of placing
the order, there are no restocking fees. After those 24 hours you will
be charged a cancellation fee of $50 (we will have started
manufacturing your cot mattress by then). If it has already
shipped, you will be responsible for round trip shipping.
Size Verification: Make sure to verify that you ordered the correct cot mattress size. If incorrect size is ordered and the product has already shipped, the customer will be responsible for round trip shipping charges. Do not remove product from packaging when you receive the shipment if wrong size is ordered.
